CineScope is guest experience software for multi-location venues, enabling anonymous reporting via QR code scanning. Guests scan location-specific QR codes in restrooms, seating areas, and concession stands to submit reports in about 30 seconds without downloading apps or creating accounts. An AI Reviewer Agent clusters duplicates, assigns impact levels, and routes issues to staff for resolution. Guests receive private tracking links showing report status updates. The platform supports nine languages, translating guest reports to English for staff and returning updates in the original language. Venue branding, including logos and colors, appears on report forms and tracking pages. CineScope works on desktop and mobile, offering role-based dashboards filtered by location, issue type, and responsibility. Two editions are available: Standalone for various industries and Cinema with features like POS synchronization and live occupancy tracking.
