CILLS is a digital measurement and ordering platform for custom aluminium fabrication. Contractors measure window cills, complex cills, cappings, fascias, soffits and bespoke flashings on site in the app, preview the finished profile in live 3D, and place the order without drawings, CAD or a detailing office. The platform exists to remove the single most expensive failure point in aluminium fabrication: wrong measurements. Every dimension, angle, projection and return is captured on site and converted directly into a manufacturing spec, eliminating the reorders, site delays and lost margin that come from estimating off photos or sketches. Orders are manufactured and delivered in 3 to 5 days from order, or CILLS fits them. Over 1,700 contractors across Ireland use CILLS. The platform also supports leading ICF systems including Amvic, Castleforms, BuildBlock, ThermoHouse and Nudura, so cill and capping details are correct for the block system before anything is cut. Where an architect or engineer spec already exists as a PDF or DWG, CILLS fabricates to it.
