AllSeats CRM is a CRM for small and medium-sized businesses in Norway and the Czech Republic. Instead of charging per user, AllSeats has one fixed monthly price per company, so the whole team can use it.
Companies are filled in from the national business registers (Brønnøysund in Norway, ARES in the Czech Republic) and monitored nightly for bankruptcy and changes. Deals move on a board with your own stages, and quotes go out as PDF with one-click digital acceptance.
AllSeats connects to the main Norwegian accounting systems (Tripletex, PowerOffice Go, Fiken, Visma eAccounting, 24SevenOffice), syncs with Outlook / Microsoft 365, and captures e-mail from Gmail. A free mobile app for iPhone and Android is included in every plan, with meeting recording, transcription and business card scanning. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
