Patchdesk Helpdesk is software for bug tracking and support, merging customer tickets and engineering issues into one workspace. Its shared inbox lets teams assign tasks, monitor SLA timers, use macros for consistent replies, and add internal notes for collaboration. Tickets can be turned into tracked bugs, ensuring seamless support and development workflows. The issue tracker uses unique identifiers that integrate with team chats and version control systems. A branded portal allows users to submit requests without accounts, requiring only a name, email, and issue description, with updates sent via email. SLA timers set priority-based response and resolution goals, while macros ensure consistent messaging. CSV import/export supports data management and reporting. Security features include data encryption, multi-factor authentication via TOTP, email, and SMS, plus role-based access controls.
