E-signature software built for real estate agents, teams and brokerages in Canada and the US. Agents upload an offer, counter-offer, amendment or disclosure, add signers, and place signature, initials, date, text and checkbox fields on the page, or let field detection suggest them. A strikethrough tool lets agents strike a changed term, such as a purchase price, write the replacement beside it and have every party initial the change. Signing links go out by email, SMS or WhatsApp, with optional one-time verification codes, and signers complete documents from any phone or computer without creating an account. Every completed document carries a SHA-256 hash-chained audit trail and a Certificate of Completion. Completed contracts can be emailed straight into transaction-management systems such as Lone Wolf, zipForm and SkySlope with no manual uploading. Brokerage licenses add per-realtor seats, reporting and oversight of shared documents. Pricing is a flat monthly fee with no per-envelope charges.
