Chevalier PMS is a short-term rental property management software (PMS) built inside a concierge business in Avignon, France, for concierges and hosts managing several properties. Its channel manager syncs calendars, prices and minimum stays with Airbnb and Booking.com. Each booking creates and assigns a cleaning task, which the cleaner receives on their phone with the access codes. Each owner's invoice is prepared from the month's bookings, with a dedicated owner portal. AI agents answer guests on Airbnb, Booking and WhatsApp using the property's details, and draft replies to reviews. The software also includes a commission-free direct booking website, security deposits by card pre-authorization, an automatically generated digital guidebook and an upsell shop for guests.
