ChesSync is chess academy management software for chess academies, coaches and clubs. It keeps students, batches and private classes, attendance, fee reminders with a Pay now page, numbered receipts, Zoom and Google Meet class links, tasks, leads and monthly progress reports in one place. Parents and students get a student portal with their classes, daily puzzle, practice targets, fees and reports, under the academy's own name and logo. Staff and coaches have their own logins with permissions the academy controls, and each academy's data is kept separate from every other academy's.
