Chatvise is an AI chatbot for company websites, built for small and mid-sized businesses in Germany. It answers visitor questions around the clock from your own knowledge: business information, FAQs, products and PDFs. A website scraper (beta) reads your pages and suggests FAQs that you approve one by one. Answers are generated with GPT-4o mini and grounded in the content you provide. Embed it with a single script tag on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace or any HTML site, no plugin required. Key features: - Human handover: conversations go in real time to the least busy team member who is online; if nobody takes over within 5 minutes, the AI continues. - Lead capture with e-mail/phone collection, qualifying questions and a simple pipeline (New, Contacted, Called, Qualified, Won, Lost). - Appointment booking through eTermin, checked live against free slots. - Product recommendations for online shops. - Statistics dashboard and automatic e-mail reports. - Custom design, tone (formal/informal), answer length and AI disclosure notice.
