Setting up the AI personality and connecting it to Google Sheets to log bookings was mostly straightforward once I understood the difference between the business description field and the AI prompt field. The API actions feature is powerful for connecting external tools, although it took some trial and error to get the field mapping right. Overall, the support docs could be clearer for beginners, especially around request body formatting.
