It replaces the spreadsheets, scattered notes and group chats most boats still run on with one organised record of every charter and a database of returning guests that belongs to your boat. Upload a guest preference sheet and Charterly's AI fills in names, dates of birth, nationalities, special occasions and health alerts for you to review. Allergies and medical needs are flagged in red wherever that charter appears. On the boat side, Charterly tracks vessel details, crew documents (STCW, licences, medicals, passports, visas) with expiry reminders, engine and equipment service logs, and spare parts with low-stock alerts. Reusable pre- and post-charter checklists, gratuity tracking with follow-up reminders, a shareable charter calendar and printable reports round out the season.
