User-Friendly Cezanne with Excellent Support and a Radically Improved Payroll Process
Cezanne is incredibly user-friendly, which was high on our list of priorities when choosing a new system. The support function is excellent, and queries are handled quickly by Cezanne experts.
We started with Core HR, Onboarding, and Recruitment, but have since implemented the managed payroll service, which has radically improved our process. We’re also due to launch the appraisals bolt-on soon.

Flexible Shift & Leave Management - A system that integrates smoothly with Payroll
Our workforce have various working patterns and in turn means we have to accommodate different shift patterns and leave calculations. The system allows us to be flexible and links into payroll in a way that suits us.
In terms of implementation, our account managers (Wanessa and Modupe) were amazing and I cannot sign their praises enough. Complete wizzes and made us feel at ease.

Great Product
Its a very customisable system covering all aspects of HR that we use as a team on a daily basis. It looks great, easy to navigate and personalise to the organisation. I love the integrations of forms meaning that we have streamlined our processes effectively without millions of emails bouncing between various departments. Additionally the team at Cezanne are very helpful and supportive, they are making continuous improvements to the system and the annual user group meeting is very informative and collaborative. Implementation of the system was smooth and the implementation team were great!
