The more advanced courses are higher in cost, which can make them harder to justify at scale, but they are useful for targeted development of specific team members. Onboarding and ongoing support are strong. Account managers are responsive, and the overall process (including purchasing and administration) is simple. The platform itself is reliable, with very few performance issues reported by our team.
