CentralNest replaces the in-person survey with an AI-powered video walkthrough. The customer films their home on a smartphone, and the AI identifies furniture, boxes and fragile items, then calculates volume room by room, producing a full inventory and an accurate quote in minutes rather than days. Removal companies review the breakdown before it goes out, so a person always has the final say. Unlike video-call survey tools, no live call or second person is required. The customer records when it suits them, removing a scheduling bottleneck. CentralNest flags access risks before moving day, narrow doorways, stairs, lifts and parking restrictions. The AI catches items a surveyor might miss, protecting margin and cutting under-quoting. Customers digitally sign the inventory, giving both sides a shared record. Works alongside a removal company's existing CRM and includes an integration with RemovalsManager. CentralNest is an affiliate member of BAR and AIM.
