KitLog is an equipment register and asset tracking app for small businesses. Track laptops, phones, tools and other equipment issued to staff, including who holds each item, its condition and when it is due back. Import an existing CSV or Excel spreadsheet, assign and return equipment, print QR labels and export records. Staff who hold equipment do not need a login. Administrators and members can manage the shared register, with unlimited users on both plans. Employee offboarding is a central workflow: mark someone as leaving to see the equipment they need to return and send scheduled reminders. KitLog also supports teams, reusable equipment kits and event kit-outs. Starter supports up to 300 assets for £9/month plus VAT, or £90/year plus VAT. Growth supports up to 10,000 assets for £39/month plus VAT, or £390/year plus VAT. Both plans include every feature and unlimited users, with a 14-day free trial and no card required. Built and run in the UK by Central Technologies Ltd. KitLog focuses on equipment custody and returns; it does not provide warehouse fulfilment or device management.
