There are so many tools to deliver information to testers, collect feedback from testers, manage a testing population, and produce reports based on data gathered.

The most helpful thing about Centercode is being able to export information to be able to provide to other teams or LOB. It is easy to integrate new users and teammates into the program and is easily teachable.

First and foremost it's their incredible support team. You can actually get ahold of them, they're knowledgeable and they get you unblocked quickly. Other key things I like best about Centercode is they are always improving the platform, taking in feedback and addressing problems. Obviously you'd expect them to do so as a feedback platform but I still find it impressive. I also appreciate the ease of use and automation features that were added along with the new pricing tiers. It makes it easier to get started with Centercode with just a credit card. This is so important for new startups that can't justify the larger enterprise expense yet but still need a tool to manager their testing community.
