CCX Messages is a customer communication platform built in Brazil. It brings the official WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, SMS, RCS, email, push, WhatsApp voice calls and an AI website chat into one API and one shared inbox. The whole team works the same queue, with Contact 360, a CRM pipeline, collections, journeys with A/B tests and SMS fallback, and campaigns that show the cost before sending. CCX's AI agents answer from your knowledge base, sell from your catalog and hand the conversation to a person when needed. Pricing is a monthly fee set by the month's message volume plus a published per-message price for each channel, all included, with no per-seat fees, no setup fee and no lock-in. Data is hosted in São Paulo, and the REST API has a public OpenAPI contract, signed webhooks and an official SDK.
