Cattery Booking is booking software made only for catteries. It grew out of the booking system a five-star cattery in the North East of England has used every day for 13 years, so it fits how catteries really work. See every chalet on one calendar and drag a stay to move it. The price, cleaning list and day sheet update themselves. It won’t let you double-book, it checks every cat’s vaccination against the whole stay, and it warns you before any night goes over your licensed number of cats. Owners send booking requests from your website, with optional card deposits paid straight into your own Stripe account. They get confirmations, reminders and photo updates by email or text, with your logo. The Today page shows who’s arriving, who’s leaving, medication and what needs doing. For inspections it keeps the register, daily checks, medication records, staff training and written procedures. Reports show how full you were, short gaps between stays you could fill, busy times for peak prices, and stays you turned away. Every plan includes every feature, logins for all your staff and free texts each month. There’s no contract, and we move your existing records across for you free: from paper, a spreadsheet or another system. Support comes from the person who builds it, Monday to Friday.
