CatenaHQ is an Australian platform for capital strategy, raise management and shareholder management. It covers the whole capital raise lifecycle rather than one slice of it.
Before the raise, CatenaHQ runs investor readiness: capital strategy modelling, a pitch deck builder and financial model, and a structured data room with gap analysis, so a company knows what is missing before an investor asks. During the raise, it handles the investor bookbuild and outreach, presentations hub, s708 investor verification, offer documents, and the investment campaign through to allotment. After the raise, it carries shareholder management: cap table with share classes, ESOP tracking, dilution modelling, convertible instruments and fully diluted views; the shareholder register; and a branded investor portal with communications, voting and share transfers.
Alongside equity sit the functions that usually live in separate systems: board governance, director portal, minutes, compliance calendar, KPI dashboard, R&D tax incentive tracking, and AI-driven grant discovery with match scoring, application drafts and deadline monitoring.
For equity crowdfunding, the licensed intermediary and the company work together inside CatenaHQ, from document collection and offer preparation through to settlement onto the share register. The intermediary makes the offer and holds the licence.
CatenaHQ is also built for the partners who support these companies: crowdfunding intermediaries, accelerators, funds, company secretaries and accountants. Partners get a dashboard covering their whole client cohort, free of charge. The account belongs to the company, so when an engagement ends the partner steps away and the records, register and shareholders stay with the company.
The alternative most Australian companies live with is a cap table spreadsheet, a folder of documents, an investor list in an inbox, and a different tool for each step in between. It is slow, and the pieces rarely agree with each other. CatenaHQ puts the whole lifecycle in one system from $1,490 a year.
Free tools are open to anyone without signing up: a Reality Check raise stress-test, a dilution and cap table calculator, a valuation estimator, an investor readiness scorecard and a raise timeline planner.
CatenaHQ was built by people who have founded, funded, scaled and exited companies, to give every company the infrastructure that used to be available only to the well-advised and well-funded.
