Stock2Track is an AI-powered retail ERP and intelligence platform built by CatchUs, a Hyderabad software company founded in 2016. More than 2,000 businesses across India use it to run billing, inventory, purchases, CRM and eCommerce in one system.
Stock2Track is made for the way Indian shops work. Barcode billing is fast enough for the evening rush. Bills can be GST invoices with HSN and tax breakup, or plain bills for unregistered and composition-scheme shops. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data, e-invoices and e-way bills come straight from the bills. Stock moves with every sale, purchase and return, reorder levels warn before items run out, and supplier and customer balances stay up to date.
It comes in two editions. The Offline edition installs on Windows 10 or 11 and keeps billing without internet, with several counters sharing the same stock over the shop network. The Cloud edition covers up to five locations and adds Android and iOS apps for the owner, plus selling online.
Owner intelligence watches sales, stock and dues through the day and tells the owner what needs attention, with the reason. Role-based access lets a cashier bill without editing prices or seeing margins.
CatchUs's own engineers also customise Stock2Track for businesses with special workflows; more than 200 customised versions are in use. Support is by phone, WhatsApp, email and remote desktop, with on-site help in Hyderabad.
