Work orders sit on a board, a table or a schedule; assign a job to a person or team, add checklists, log time and parts, attach photos, and capture the customer's signature with a PDF service report. Preventive maintenance plans repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly and create jobs automatically. Each machine has its own service history; parts stock tracks every move with QR labels; purchase orders, suppliers and quotes are built in; customers follow a job through a portal or tracking link.
