Best tool to record the screen.
1. Screencastify is very easy to use and we are continuously using this to record the screen to share with our colleagues.

I love the Chrome Plug In. Makes it super easy to start a quick recording without having to open multiple applications. I love how I can do a brisk walkthrough of an application and share it with an enduser without having to leave the screen

Simple, intuitive, lightweight, effective.
Screencastify is simple enough that everyone I work with can figure it out, and unlike several other lightweight solutions, it allows editing of what has been recorded. It's still pretty basic but has enough more tools that everyone chooses it unless they need something very advanced and expensive.
