QuarterMaster replaces the paper controlled-drug book and equipment checks for ambulance services. Every entry is append-only and the register verifies itself on demand. Witnessed sign-out, expiry tracking, drugs in transit between bases, and notifiable events that escalate themselves. Compliance reports arrive on a schedule, and an auditor gets a read-only, time-limited login instead of a box of folders.
