I like automations that saves time for me the most. I am able to send messages in bulk and then there are automatic replies too, I am able to book calls, create tasks, and move leads into different pipelines without any much manual effort. One of the most valuable things for me is that it skips anyone on the DNC list and won't dial outside legal hours, so I don't have to think about it and the second someone picks up, I'm on the line with them. When I'm done, I click how the call went, and my notes and the recording save to that person's record automatically. Also, calendar is very helpful since I can see all booked activities and reminders in one place as well as they are reflected on my Google Calendar. Monthly price is pretty low in comparison with other platforms and everything is included in it, I don't have to pay additional fees for any features, except if I need to buy more phone numbers which is reasonable. The navigation between tabs is pretty intuitive and I also like that I am able to customise the colours and theme on my own. Overall, everything works smoothly and I can always contact the support team if I need any clarifications. During the onboarding process they were also very helpful and guided me through every process.
