Caspian, the IT automation platform for companies with small IT teams (getcaspian.io). When someone joins, Caspian gets three things ready before day one: the apps on their laptop (Slack, Figma, ChatGPT installed), the account in each app (right license and role), and the resources inside (Slack channels, Google groups, GitHub repos, shared folders). When someone moves teams, it swaps them. When someone leaves, it removes all of it and shows the IT admin a checklist of what is gone.
Caspian provisions apps without SCIM, including apps with no API, so you don't have to pay for the enterprise tier of every tool. It works alongside Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID or Okta; it is not an identity provider. Employees request access in Slack or Teams, and the app owner approves there.
Keep your MDM and use Caspian where it has gaps (personal devices, app discovery, SaaS app delivery). No MDM yet? Caspian manages Macs too.
The read-only scan is free: it shows every app and AI tool in use and who has access. Act is EUR 10 per active user per month excl. VAT, free for 30 days, no card.
