Caseoowl came from a very familiar frustration. I kept seeing smart people struggle not with slides, but with thinking clearly for the audience in front of them. Whether it was job seekers, founders, or teams, the problem was always the same: great ideas, messy structure, and no one to think things through with. The goal was never to build “AI for presentations”. It was to build a thinking partner. Something that helps you shape ideas, stress-test your message, and adapt it for different audiences without starting from zero every time. During the build, our approach evolved a lot. We moved away from rigid templates and leaned hard into flexibility: upload your own docs and notes, work from what you already have, and only use more AI when you actually need it. That’s also why we made Caseoowl free for everyone by default. Still early, still learning, and very open to feedback. Curious to hear what resonates, and what doesn’t.
