The support staff is friendly and fast, great resources and user friendly.

Convictional has been incredibly easy to integrate into our systems. I appreciate that the orders are transferred into our Shopify and our employees can easily print and ship orders. We had previously partnered with another business using a similar B2B product. The platform became such a pain point for our employees and systems that we ended up severing the business relationship due to its bottleneck. I was apprehensive about accepting another drop shipping account using a 3rd party platform, but we have all been pleasantly surprised with Convictional!

We are using Convictional via SeattleMet and it's great how seamlessly it syncs with Shopify to show our catalogue of products on SeattleMets shop.I'd have no problem using this site in the future!
