CareMAR is an eMAR and records system built for small California residential care homes: assisted living (RCFE), adult residential facilities (ARF) and ICF/DD homes, most with 6 beds or fewer. It covers the monthly MAR and med pass, the LIC 622 centrally stored medication record, California LIC forms filled from each resident's record, a built-in HIPAA fax number for every home, e-signature for admission packets, a family portal, and an iPhone and Android caregiver app. Pharmacy MARs and new orders that arrive by fax or photo are read into the MAR and approved by staff before they take effect.
