Career Forge is a career management platform supporting the full scope of career services work, with workflows as unique as your programs, in one configurable system. Career Forge brings coaching, events, employer relations, experiential learning, recruiting, and outcomes reporting together in one place, with AI-powered reporting and the configurability to fit how each institution actually operates.
Career Forge is built for college and university career centers, from a single central office to several career centers on one campus, each with its own portal, employers, approvals, events and invoices, while the institution's branding, picklists and single sign-on are set once. Its products are Event Management (career fairs and other events, with employer packages, pricing by organization type, booth numbers, invoices and payment by card, Stripe, check or TouchNet), Check-in & Badge Printing (an iPad kiosk with a Bluetooth label printer: ID scan, NFC tap or search, no drivers to install, works offline), Coaching (topics per career center, coaches with availability synced to Google or Microsoft calendars, student self-service booking), Experiential Learning (approval flows the career center designs, with steps, actors and external reviewers), Interviews (interview blocks with rooms and time slots, with or without a job posting), Jobs (employer postings approved or denied with reasons, auto-approval for trusted employers, AI auto-fill from an existing ad), First Destination & Outcomes (the NACE First Destination Survey built in, with cohorts, email schedules and the standard export) and Reporting (a report builder with filters, saved reports and raw export).
Students sign in with the institution's identity provider and see their career centers' events, coaching, jobs and experiences in one portal. Employers hold one account across every career center on Career Forge. Career Forge is configured per institution: the institution's data stays its own and can be exported from every module. It is used by career centers at the University of Michigan, Montana Technological University, Bowling Green State University, Florida Institute of Technology, Auburn University and others. Career Forge is made by Career Soft, LLC.
