Users can publish their situation free of charge, organise the facts and receive an initial public response. The platform brings similar cases together to reveal recurring issues. Bernardo, its assistant, helps organise case information without replacing a professional’s assessment. Zorrooo brings together 1,300 professionals. It reports an average first-response time of under 30 minutes and cases representing €2.5 million in claimed losses handled in recent months. It was named Startup of the Year in 2024 and 2025.
