Automize does the manual desk work in finance back offices, including the desktop systems that have no API. Creditors runs, reconciliations, document capture and statutory submissions still happen inside Pastel, SYSPRO, bank portals and spreadsheets that were never built to be connected to anything. Most automation stops where the API stops. Automize does not. It uses an API wherever one exists, because that is faster and safer, and drives the screen the way a person does everywhere else. What it does: - Reads invoices, bank statements, receipts, CVs and statutory forms, and re-runs the arithmetic before any of it reaches your ledger. If the numbers on the document disagree with each other, it says so rather than filing it. - Runs unattended, on a schedule or the moment a file lands or an email arrives. - Pauses for a person where a decision genuinely needs one, then carries on where it left off. - Reports every unit of work separately, so a failed invoice is a line on a worklist in the morning rather than a surprise at month end.
