Capisso is a complete accounting package built in Cork for Irish accounting practices, sole traders and small companies. Clients send receipts, bills and invoices the way they already do: WhatsApp, email, the Chrome extension or a quick upload. Capisso reads each document, codes it, posts it to a double-entry ledger and matches it against the real bank feed. It learns from every correction, so a supplier confirmed once is coded the same way next time. The practice stays in charge. Firms create the business, invite the owner, and review everything in one queue. When the client marks the books ready, the practice accepts them or sends them back with a note, then locks the period. VAT3 returns, VIES and RTD data, CT1 and Form 11 figures are prepared from the same ledger. Priced in euro, with plans for sole traders, limited companies and practices by number of clients.
