A Great All-in-One Practice Management Platform

|Canopy
Canopy has become the hub of our firm. We use it every day for managing clients, documents, workflows, billing, and our client portal, and having everything in one place has made a huge difference. It's easy to use, keeps our team organized, and helps make sure nothing falls through the cracks. We've also really liked the meeting Notetaker—it saves time and makes follow-up much easier. Overall, it's made our day-to-day work more efficient.

Streamlined Client Management and Workflow Solutions

I love that Canopy manages our accounting firm’s day-to-day operations excellently, helping with client management, secure document storage, workflow and task management, time tracking, invoicing, and more. It helps us stay organized and consolidated with client work, deadlines, and documents all in one place, reducing friction and keeping us accountable. I really appreciate the centralization of features like documents, billing, tasks, and client portal, making client management from start to finish much easier. The built-in notetaker is another highlight; it automatically captures and transcribes meeting notes, creates action items and summaries, and allows us to add these to our client records. This feature saves time and enables us to be more present in client conversations without worrying about data handling.

Feature-Rich but Integration Challenges

I like that Canopy ships a lot of new products and features. It doesn't feel like stale software and seems to get better as time goes on. I appreciate that document requests are built into tasks, keeping everything in one place so I can track where things are at. When I need to ask the client for more things, I can do it from within the task, and it automatically reminds the client about what I need. This feature is quite helpful because I don't have to search through emails to remind myself what I need if they didn't respond.
