Candor gives a law firm a record of how it uses AI. Staff work in the AI tools they already use, or on the firm's own AI account inside Candor. Before text is sent, Candor screens it for client names, account numbers and other identifying details. Each use is logged to its matter: which tool, which task, who ran it and when. Citations in AI output that may need a second look are flagged against CourtListener's public case database, and the attorney's review is recorded as a sign-off. Entries are append-only, so the record can't be quietly edited later. When a malpractice carrier, a client or a court asks how the firm uses AI, the firm exports the record instead of reconstructing it. Candor is software, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice. Pricing is a flat annual fee by attorney count, with staff seats free and a free first month.
