Campix is camp and youth program software built in Canada. It handles registration, payments, daily check-in and check-out, and guardian pickup in one place, in English and French. Share one registration link. Parents register and pay from their phone without creating an account, sign waivers, and join a waitlist when a program is full. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Each morning, staff check children in from a roster or a self-serve QR kiosk. Medical alerts show on every row. At pickup, the guardian confirms with a 4-digit PIN or a signature, so you know who took each child home. Campix also covers incident reports, staff ratios, counselor scheduling, parent recaps and announcements, CSV exports and multiple locations.
