Wycinacz (Cutter) is optimization software for 1D cutting and 2D nesting of sheet metal and all kinds of boards on CNC machines. WHAT YOU GET 1D – Bar and profile cutting to length. A cutting plan for every stock bar, waste in millimetres, efficiency in percent, export to PDF / XLSX / TXT. 2D – Sheet metal nesting for laser, plasma and waterjet. Rectangles in Nesting Fast; any contour from DXF, NC and SVG in Nesting Pro. QR – Shop-floor plan and offcut inventory. A QR code for each bar for the saw operator; remnants are fed back into subsequent optimizations.
