TwojaFlota is driver settlement and fleet management software for taxi fleet partners working with Bolt, Uber and FreeNow in Poland. It was built inside a real taxi fleet that used to spend every Monday copying platform reports into Excel. Upload the weekly reports and TwojaFlota calculates each driver's payout using your own rules: commission, car rental fee, VAT, cash collected, deductions, social security and income tax on contracts of mandate, and debts carried over from previous weeks. Every driver gets a PDF statement and sees it in their own mobile panel, and you get a bank transfer batch. We map the rules from your existing spreadsheet for you. Beyond payouts: rental contracts, vehicle handover reports with photos and e-signatures, GPS map, cost invoices pulled from KSeF (Polish e-invoicing) and fuel invoices. Available in Polish and English. Flat price of 200 PLN net per month for the whole fleet, no per-vehicle fees.
