Calepio is a French invoicing software built only for micro-entrepreneurs (auto-entrepreneurs): freelancers, craftspeople, consultants and small shop owners. The free plan, free forever, includes unlimited quotes, invoices, credit notes and deposit invoices, email sending, 5 electronic signatures of quotes per month, online card payments, a sales and purchase ledger and an estimate of social contributions (Urssaf). Invoices are generated in the official French e-invoicing format (Factur-X, EN 16931), and Calepio connects to the certified e-invoicing platform chosen by the user. The Pro plan costs €6.90 per month excl. VAT (or €62.10 per year), with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required: unlimited e-signatures, automatic payment reminders, recurring invoices, email open tracking and custom PDF branding. Calepio is reserved for French micro-businesses and does not handle company accounting (SARL, SAS).
