Cake is a booking platform for tattoo artists, built by one. Almost every booking app was built for things like haircuts, where anyone can grab any open time. Tattoo artists pick their clients, which haircut apps find very confusing. On Cake, a client taps your link and sends the idea, the placement and the reference photos, and nothing books until you say yes. Your page looks like your work. The tattoo artist who helped build Cake books her own clients on it, and we've been interviewing working artists the whole way, so every change gets tested by someone who'd notice. From first idea to healed tattoo. Tattoo-artist-owned · Women-owned · LGBTQ+-owned
