Caesar Health is a clinic operating system for independent practices and small groups. It runs the daily operations of a medical practice on the EMR the clinic already uses: the EMR stays the system of record, Caesar Health is the system of action. The phone agent answers every call, day and night, finds the patient, books, reschedules or cancels directly in the EMR and confirms by SMS. Outbound campaigns handle recalls and program check-ins. Inbound faxes are read with OCR, key fields extracted and each document routed to the right queue. In the exam room, the ambient scribe drafts the note for the clinician to review and push into the chart. Between visits, a program engine runs chronic-care and remote-monitoring cycles with a care-team review queue, billing gates and an audit trail. Production EMR adapters: athenahealth, ModMed and EZDerm; other EMRs through a browser agent. HIPAA compliant, Business Associate Agreement at signing, SOC 2 Type II in progress.
