Cadran is a complete retail system built specifically for watchmakers, jewellers, repair workshops and multi-store chains. Point of sale, service and workshop management, customer records and stock all sit in the same base, so nothing has to be entered twice. Every watch and piece is tracked by serial number from purchase through stock, sale and any later service, which also gives customers the documentation they need for insurance. Repairs are tracked from drop-off to handover with photos, parts and deadlines, and the customer is notified automatically by SMS when the item is ready. Part-exchange and watch valuation are handled directly at the till, and stock is shared between shop and webshop so the same piece cannot be sold twice. Built in Oslo by founders from the trade, together with watchmakers and jewellers across the Nordics. Available in English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and Finnish.
