Caddis gives us real time data, alerts and insights into our manufacturing system all in one place. Regardless of the brand of machine, the age of the machine, the location of the machine, we see it all in one place. We use it hourly if not more. The system does three things. Provides the gateway for all machine monitoring (running or not) with sensors being used for various equipment (Vibration, Temperature, Amps and so forth), and finally alarms for alert if their is a problem. With the preventitive maintenance connected to the machines cycles or time, we can be proactive with our maintenance. It has saved us thousands of dollars in reduced downtime, asset utilization and improved on-time delivery for our company. The customer support is great as well. I actually am able to get a hold of a person, not a chat bot. The final comment is it is simple to install and integrate as well as simple to navigate.
