Cableteque is the quoting and estimating software built for wire harness and cable assembly manufacturers. It takes a customer RFQ from intake to a finished quote by building the bill of materials & wire list, sourcing materials, and estimating labor, then carries that same data forward to the manufacturing floor. Cableteque AI runs through each step. It reviews the incoming RFQ package, flags missing information, builds the BOM and wire list, and enriches missing information. For sourcing, it pulls your ERP inventory, your negotiated price lists, and real-time distributor pricing (using your own API keys), sends supplier RFQs, and reads the responses. Labor is estimated from your own work centers and operations. Everything is backed by a component library of more than 10 million parts, 2 million with full datasheet detail. When the order is won, quote and cost data syncs to your ERP or CRM, and the same data generates the manufacturing documentation and work instructions. Cableteque was founded by a wire harness manufacturer who owned and operated a harness company for 35 years, and it is used by more than 100 wire harness manufacturers worldwide.
