Osync Machine Analytics

0 reviews

Osync is machine monitoring and productivity analytics software for manufacturers who run CNC equipment. It connects directly to the machines on your floor, shows what each one is actually doing in real time, and turns that into the numbers you need to find and recover lost capacity. Most shops run partly blind. They know what they produced last week but not where the hours went — which machine sat idle, for how long, or why. Osync makes that visible: live status for every machine, downtime broken out by reason, runtime and Productivity by machine and by shift, and alerts when a machine goes down or idles longer than it should. (Productivity is Osync's run-time measure of how much of a machine's available time it spent actually running.) CONNECTS TO THE MACHINES YOU ALREADY OWN Osync reads machine data natively over MTConnect and FANUC FOCAS, so it works across a mixed fleet regardless of who built the machine. For equipment with no controller worth querying — older CNCs, saws, molders, presses, dust collectors, etc. — the Osense Productivity sensor can monitor anything with 3-phase power and reports run/idle/off state along with Productivity from electrical load alone, with no controller, network port or CNC required. MAINTENANCE ON RUNTIME, NOT THE CALENDAR PM Manager schedules preventative maintenance by actual machine hours pulled from the controller rather than by date. A spindle that ran 1,800 hours last quarter gets serviced before one that ran 400, even if both were last serviced the same day. BUILT BY A MACHINE MANUFACTURER Osync is developed by C.R. Onsrud, an American CNC machinery builder founded in 1976. That means the software was designed by people who build the machines it monitors, and there is one company accountable when the data and the machine disagree — rather than a software vendor and a machine builder pointing at each other. PRICED PER MACHINE, NOT PER PERSON $125 per machine per month (Standard) or $150 (Plus), with unlimited viewer licenses on every plan — everyone from the plant manager to the operator can see the dashboard at no additional cost. An Enterprise tier adds a local API for ERP and MES integration. Manufacturers running C.R. Onsrud machines get additional capabilities the open protocols cannot expose, including Machine Replay — when there is an issue lets us skip all the "what happened" diagnostic steps and jump straight to the "how to fix" resolution steps by allowing technicians to scrub back through the exact seconds leading up to a crash or alarm. Additionally features like Cloud Scheduler allow transfer of programs and scheduling of programs for machines to happen in a centralized location - offering assurance of what will be run for each machine.
