Approvers receive structured notifications to approve, reject, or re-route requests with a single click. Upon approval, BuyFlow automatically generates the corresponding Purchase Order, Expense, or Bill directly in QuickBooks Online or Xero based on pre-set company rules. To relieve finance teams from chasing missing documentation during month-end close, BuyFlow automatically requests receipts from employees inside Slack upon purchase completion. Uploaded receipt files attach directly to the matching transaction record in QuickBooks Online or Xero, maintaining full audit trails without manual data entry.
