Burnplate

Most calorie apps give you numbers that don't mean much. "650 calories" doesn't tell you anything. Burnplate shows you what a meal really costs, like "this burger takes a 55-minute run to burn off." That makes it much easier to decide what to eat and how hard to train. Logging food takes no effort. Just take a photo of your meal and Burnplate works out the calories for you, with no searching or weighing. Your workouts count against your meals too, so you can watch yourself burn off lunch as you go. Burnplate also plans your meals and workouts around your goal, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or just eat better. It shows your progress over time, so you always know if you're on track. It's available on iPhone and on the web. Features: • Activity conversion: Shows you how much exercise is needed to burn off the food you eat instead of just showing calorie numbers. • Photo logging: Identifies your meal calories automatically just by taking a photo so you don't have to search or weigh anything. • Live tracking: Lets you watch your progress in real time as your workouts subtract from the calories you have consumed. • Personalized planning: Creates custom meal and workout plans tailored specifically to your goal of losing weight or building muscle. • Progress monitoring: Keeps track of your long-term results so you can easily see if you are staying on the right path. • Multi-platform: Available on your iPhone and on the web so you can check your stats wherever you are.
