I've found Burkland to be very responsive (they respond via email but also have an active Slack channel with us) and willing to jump in to help with a wide variety of areas. In some cases they help simply where we don't have capacity as a very small G&A team, and in other areas there are technical questions, especially regarding tax advisory work, that they've been able to assist with. They've also been a valuable resource when we're having a variety of issues with the financial and adjacent systems that we use, with a variety of connections across other tools that they've been open to referring us to and opining on their experience with.
