Exceptional Team and Seamless Implementation
I worked directly with Bullseye as the technical implementation lead, implementing their Succession Planning suite for my organization. The Bullseye team were amazing to work with - professional and very responsive not to mention friendly. Throughout our implementation (which is nearing completion), their team was consistently accommodating and the technical requirements were nothing complex or unusual leading to a smooth implementation.

Customizable - I was able to utilize Bullseye's platform and plug in our own culture's language, inputing terminally unique to our industry and workforce. I also liked how the program enabled the supervisor's to assign tasks and projects through the software, and the employee could input their progress. By inputing data on a regular basis, it serves a tool to remind the supervisor/employee of the goals and responsibilities that each individual accomplished.
