BuildColab is cloud-based construction project management software with a built-in AI assistant, BORO. In one shared project it connects the bill of quantities (BOQ) and bids, resource analyses, the budget, subcontracts, the schedule, execution reports and payment applications, files and drawings, tasks and meetings. Construction companies, owners and developers, subcontractors and designers work in it together, each with their own access rights.
