What I like about Bugalou is that the platform is very clear and easy to use. At first, I was a bit hesitant because I'm not very technical, but it turned out to be quite simple. The automations help me save a lot of time, especially with email campaigns and customer responses. It's nice that everything is gathered in one place, so I don't have to constantly switch between different tools. What I still miss is a bit more flexibility in the reports. It would be nice to gain deeper insights into how my campaigns are performing. But all in all, I'm satisfied, it makes my work a lot easier.
