Bug HQ is pest control and wood-destroying-organism (WDO) inspection software built for licensed California structural pest control operators (SPCB Branch 2 general pest and Branch 3 termite/WDO).
Inspectors use the offline-capable field app to complete inspections section by section, with photos, property diagrams and e-signatures. Bug HQ generates the official WDO report (California 43M-41, plus NPMA-33 and the WDO forms used in AZ, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC and TX), then prepares the California SPCB filing: it tracks the 10-business-day deadline and generates the WDO_Log.txt upload file for DCA Connect.
The office side covers scheduling and dispatch with route optimization and live GPS tracking, estimates and invoicing with Stripe payments, QuickBooks Online sync, service contracts, customer records, a white-label customer portal, and chemical-use records. Built-in AI assists with evidence-photo analysis, hand-drawn diagram digitization and report-narrative drafting, and the inspector reviews everything before it is used.
